Elizabeth McClair-Roberts is a photographer and writer and former editor of Black+White Photography magazine. She initially trained in art and later gained an MA in creative writing. Her interest is in the parallels between the visual and the written word and she is exploring, in her own work, how these two genres meet to create a layered understanding.

Elizabeth grew up in Seaford on the south coast of England and has recently returned there to live. Her work is now focused on the idea of home and place, and the sea, which continues to play an essential role.

Elizabeth is available for mentoring, one-to-one teaching and running workshops and short courses.
